A little at a time..

Have you ever heard of the man who ate an entire bicycle? How’d he do it? One little piece at a time.

Today you can start to accomplish even more than eating an entire bike… You can change your life… One bite at a time.

Let’s start with these simple steps I call Take 5:

5 minutes of silence

5 minutes of affirmations

5 minutes of exercise

5 minutes of reading

5 minutes of journaling

Get up a little earlier in the morning. It shouldn’t be hard now you’re sober!

5 minutes of silence.

Take 5 minutes to sit in silence, you can meditate if you like.

5 minutes of affirmations. If you can’t think of where to begin, be grateful you’re alive and continue from there!

5 minutes of exercise. Anything, yoga, sit ups, push ups, stairs, trampoline… You get what I mean.

5 minutes of reading. What can you gain from reading 1,825 pages a year?

5 minutes of journaling. Whether it’s reflecting or planning, keep a journal. It helps you mind in so many ways.

It’s just 25 minutes to grow and start a new pattern in your life. If you stick with this I guarantee you it will expand to an hour or more!
